Tolerable, but Certainly the property underperforms

Complex is located in a nicer neighborhood in Sacramento, but certainly fails to fit in. In October of 2006 a fire took out of commission ammenities for which residents were paying. Property offers no compensatory accommadation. Difficult to get property management to completely resolve specific issues, such as: Automatic vehicle gates FREQUENTLY left open; faulty or absent gate locks, (nullifies point of gated community) Appliances aged and deteriorating. Repeated mold problems. Generally slipshod maintenance and management... There are a number of other properties within close proximity that have proven a better buy for a number of friends. I wouldn't recommend this apartment, except perhaps to someone I didn't like.
