You will regret renting here. Staff will say anything to get you moved in. It is a beautiful property and is landscaped well. Tenant maintenance is very poor. It takes multiple days, if not a week or more for them to respond. The first two weeks in my new apartment I had a very large ant problem. The counters were literally teeming with black sugar ants. Their response was "pest control comes every Wednesday". Also within that two week period there was a mice problem. Same response as above. When viewing the property the representative said there was enough parking for two cars per household. There is one uncovered space, and the other 100 apartments share about a dozen uncovered spaces, sometimes requiring parking on the street. This is a gated community, but a false sense of safety. The pedestrian gates were never locked, anyone could have come in on foot. I lived there for about a year and there were two reports of cars that had been broken into. While viewing the property the representative said the water channel was backed up and that it would clear up soon. The water channel smelled and never cleared up. On our move in day we were told to be at the property at noon to receive keys. It was the middle of summer and HOT! We waited outside the locked office for an hour and a half while the manager WAS GETTING A FACIAL on her lunchbreak. Please do not rent from here. You will regret it. There are plenty of other properties in this area that are far better. Please take the time to research.
