I moved in oct 2007, the place looked absolutly beautiful...we rented a townhouse and thought for how it looked that 1155.00/month was actually a deal! Boy were we wrong...when your neighbors run the water the pipes knock in the wall. When someone upstairs flushes the toilet it sounds like a waterfall down the back of your wall. The walls are so thin you can hear everything from your neighbors. The windows are thin so in the winter it is freezing! You would think paying that much and as nice as the apartment complex look that they would update appliances but they are old and the bathroom appliances obviously are outdates. The cabinet space in the kitchen is horrible. Wash and dryer on patio...sounds amazing at first...until its cold and the rain is flying at you and your fighting all forces of nature trying to do your laundry! Its horrible. To top it all off.....when we moved in they said there was water damage to the ceiling and they were fixing it for us. Well when we got our stuff in there we noticed they had painted the area they fixed and it was obvious and stood out...we thought they had fixed the problem tho...until we had a storm and we noticed one night our ceiling looked like it was sagging in our bedroom by the window...when I felt it ...it was soft and about to crumble!!! They tell us they dont know when a roofer can be out! Are you kidding me' these apartments are 22 yrs old and they have NEVER replaced the roof!!! they just cover it up with paint when there is mold showing! I can not wait to be out of here!! Please take my advice...you will be disappointed! I read these reviews and I didnt believe a word of it...but seriously do not move here!!! stay clear! you could rent a house for about the same amount!!! keep looking!!!
