I am a long time resident here at the Landing and I am aware of many people at the pool areas. I have never seen a "naked" man, just a thin man in a Speedo and many different people of all sizes and shapes with all types of bathing suits that are at the pool. There is a sitting area by the lake that is seperate of the pool... this is a very beautiful community with so many scenic views. In my opinion this is a bit of an exaggeration! People all can't have the same tastes... be fair, the management shouldn't be blamed. I would still recommend this place to others to come live.

There was a man at the pool daily who was dressed very unappropiatly. No one should be in the public areas with a thong on. He was very exposed. I have seen him do this daily during the summer months. And I've lived here a long time. It was for this reason that I nor any of my guests would use the pool without checking first. We also would go through the office to the gym so we wouldn't have to see him. He has not been out lately. Maybe management finally spoke up to him. So it was not an "exaggeration" that the previous user spoke of. Management was also told about this several times that I know about. Residents do talk.
