Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2008
All of you new residents who just moved here to 2411 and 2525 Larkspur Lane and are renting your two bedroom apartments for $1000 a month plus water, sewer and garbage, well.... they are now offering the same apartment you live in for $871 a month. Yep... they are desperate for renters. Here at 2525 Larkpsur Lane in the rear of the community there are now four vacant two bedrooms and six vacant one bedrooms. They have been vacant for a while. There will be more as our leases expire in June and July! I guess they are finally realizing they really are priced too high for this area and this market!
PS... it's not Gretchen's fault... she is only doing her job!!
