When I first moved here in 2005 it was a very cute and quiet place to live. I live at the 2525 Larkspur Lane property. It had beautiful large trees and was family owned. When the new owners took over, I came home from work one day and all the trees were gone. The management said they had diseases. However, after further research, we found out that the tree trimmers they had hired messed up and cut the trees too far back that they were going to die! Leading to them all having to be removed. I used to be very happy here and would have continued to live here if this "corporate america" management company would have taken more consideration into what they were doing and their tenants. Most of the tenants who lived here up until a few months ago had been here for up to 10 years. Now, everyone is moving out due to the cheap remodel and the outragous prices they are charging for the area. I myself am moving to a complex that has also been remodeled. Beautiful "real" granite counter tops, dark wood cabinets, berber carpet, hardwood floors and a WASHER/DRYER for $200 less than what I would be paying if I stayed. Oh, did I mention my new place has ponds and lakes and a beautiful newly remodeled gym with flat screen tv's!! Some people are happy here, but they haven't been here since the beginning. The few that are staying are staying because they just don't fell like moving right now or are looking to by a house.

where are you moving to? i live in larkspur 2525 right now lease is ending in june/july have been looking around and would like to know where everyone is going?
