For the first 6 months, this was a wonderful place to live. The management was considerate and helpful, and maintenance always performed repairs in an efficient time manner. The only negative issue was the lack of parking space. However, after I renewed my lease for a year...little did i know I would be tossing money away. The complex was taken over by new management, which i found to be rude and unprofessional. The entry gate NEVER worked for about 5 months straight, kids were outside playing and screaming after 10pm, cars and apartments were vandalized. Also, my privacy was greatly violated! Once this new management took over, once a month they performed "inspections" of garages and apartments to make sure nothing was being stored in areas that were not for storage. This was absolutley rediculous. Granted, they did give 1-3 day notice that this was going to happen, but I felt that the tennents were paying the price for some other tenant's mistakes and actions. All of this was NOT worth the $1175 a month rent!
