Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002
I am still living in this apartment and I chose this one because this was the only nice complex with 3 bedroom apartments . Intially it was good but since the management changed last year this is the worse apartment to live in . (I am moving as soon as my lease ie out). My apartment got robbed last year because of all the brokren gates and staff there was no help. Right now they have the rudest people at the office , their motto is we are nice to you till you rent with us.
With the kind of money we are paying there are no facilities in the complex and appliance are too old. Now we have choice in natomas area so we are moving out
