I have been at Larkspur Woods for almosy 1 year and for the most part I have been happy with the place. I like the pool area, the grounds are very nice and I like that we can use the office/internet. Its a pretty quiet place, besides the fact that we have loud upstairs neighbors. The one thing about my apartment is that you would think for all the money that we spend on rent, that there would be better/newer appliances. So I guess for living in a place like Natomas, this is as good as it gets.
