This place is totally ghetto. When we looked at it, the leasing agent said it's mostly young professionals who are rarely home. Then she quit the next day and the new agent was a total ----- (Iris) and there are nothing but ghetto clientele. Our neighbors are constantly selling pot out of their garage and harassing young women, 5 cars were broken into on April Fool's day and Jose acted like it was no big deal. He's a waste of space. The apartment is NOT nice enough to deal with NO PARKING, annoying neighbors and their kids running around screaming, Harley Davidsons revving up every afternoon outside your window, and gates broken several times a week. It looks nice at first glance, but it's horrible. DO NOT MOVE IN HERE! If they bulldozed that damn lawn out front maybe there'd be an actual parking space or two for the paying tenants, rather than for my ghetto neighbors and all their pimped-out druggie visitors.
