I have lived here for five years and I really like it. It's very quiet and not "ghetto" as stated in a previous review. Where that idea came from I will never know! Most people I have met are either working professionals or retired. Jose is a great manager and has always responded in a timely manner to any maintenance issues I had. I will admit that the complex goes through leasing agents very quickly and some are better than others when it comes to responsiveness, but if you let Jose know he takes care of any problem. I love the fact that I have direct access from my garage to my apartment. Parking is adequate unless you have 3 cars....come on people! If you have 3 cars, you should not be living in an apartment complex!! Hello!! And by the way, I have never had rodent problems. I had ants the first year I lived here and the management had a pest control company come out to take care of them...no problems since. This is a great place to live, especially if you travel for a living, such as I do. Great free-way access and the best thing, I can come back from my traveling and my place will be as I left it..no issues with break-ins, etc.
