I was stunned to see so many unpleasant reviews especially as they relate to the office staff! Are they referring to the same staff that I deal with''' I've lived @ Larkspur Woods a little over 3yrs & my experience with the office staff has ALWAYS been extremely professional, personable and accomodating. Jose, Terry and Kim are the BOMB! Being someone in the customer service field, you can be assured great service is extremely high on my list of expectations when conducting business with any establishment. Larkspur is a good place to live...and the apartments are nice and spacious. I've experienced a few challenges with maintenance since living here, however I can't say they were major. Whenever I complained to Jose, Terry or Kim they would apologize with sincerety and then made sure the issue was resolved to my satisfaction. I've experienced no problems with parking since I park in my garage, and when I have guests some may have to park on the street outside of the gate...but that's to be expected right'''....if I lived in a house, my guests would more than likely have to park on the street as well. Speaking of gate...this is a gated community and I like that alot(although lately, the main gate hasn't been functioning properly). Overall...I really enjoy living here.
