I know I am barely posting now in 2008, but I rented at LW back in 06, don't even get me started on the horrible Management and the hugh roaches that would come out at night!!!!! I have witnesses!!! But, I now have been sent to collections for an amount of money that has NO VALID reason. When we left, we cleaned that apartment from top to bottom, we did a walk through and everything checked out fine!! On top of that I have every receipt that shows that we paid everything on time!!! And prior to leaving, in front of my parents and boyfriends parents, brothers and sisters, we all heard from Leasing Management that there were no pending payments and the apartment was left in good standing!! Why was I sent to collections!! Believe me, for the same amount or actually less, you can go down the street to another apartment complex, which is Newer and Cleaner and get your moneys worth... DO NOT RENT AT LW!!! Do yourself the favor, please, please, please!!!!

Hey girl, I totally agree with you. The place down the street people should be renting from is called Adagio. Forget about Larkspur Woods, the units are way too small, the appliances are way outdated. You could have a nice spacious 2 bedroom 985 sq. ft. unit in the Pocket area of Sacramento for $1,075.00 & Bel air right across the street, UPS store, Veterinary hospital, banks, restaurants & a yoga studio. People should learn about the nice areas in Sacramento, not just Natomas. Ya, Jose is a real butt & so is Terry what a creep he is. Just wait until they get to know you & they change on you real fast. Take my word for it.
