I moved in to larkspur woods February of 2008 and just recently renewed my lease at the end of January. I was hesitant to renew since I wasnt all that impressed with the previous management, but from the time I re-signed my lease to now I felt obliged to write something nice about the complex and new management. First off, the previous management was completely non-responsive when it came to any concern I had especially work orders. I finally gave up and decided it not worth my time to persue my issues with the property. When my lease came up for renewal I decided to speak with the manager, Michelle, who was understanding of all my concerns and addressed each and every one within the same week. The entire renewal process was easy and enjoyable. Since renewing my lease for another 6 months I have put in a few more requests which were all completed very timely and the complex itself has undergone a dramatic improvement which makes me want to sign another 12 month lease once my current lease expires. I moved in loving the place but disliking the managers and now LOVE it here all around. I see a lot of complaints concerning parking and noise to which I would like to say....everyone has their own garage! Why would you care' And, you live in an apartment. do you really think you wont hear ANYONE living in such close quarters. To those of you so concerned with the noise, go buy a house. You are obviously not suited for apartment living.
