New management took over recently and they are horrible. Ive rented now for over a year, and I'm about to move out mid July, let me tell you, it couldnt come fast enough. We have been dealing with a broken A/C for the entire time we've lived here, the first management were in the process of having it fixed and nothing was ever resolved when they switched. Now all they do is send someone to recharge it for it to last maybe 2 days. The old complex would allow us to hold our rent payments until they h ad someone there to fix it. The new management team threatened to send me to collections when I asked what their procedures were for that. Also, make sure you never leave a rent payment in their box. Get a receipt every time. A check payment I had sent down on the 2nd day of one month, I mistakingly dated for the 5th. My fault I know, but they held the check until then, to cash it on that day, then slapped a $50 late fee on my next rent payment. They refused to do ANYTHING about it even considering EVERY payment I had made at that point was received on time. I am absolutely sick of the way they have treated me while renting here. Parking also is another issue. People park all over the red fire lane marked areas. I have had to call the police department several times to ticket cars who have blocked the entrance to my apartment. There is not apartment security to advise them to not park there, and I was suggested by the management the only thing to do was call the police department (if you havnt noticed a trend, they dont want to take care of things themselves). And as a last resort you do move into this complex, stay away from the pool. Throughout the summer every night you'll be woken up by people drunk and screaming at all hours of the night. All and all, I will never refer anyone to these apartments, they are not as nice as they look, TRUST me.

lol good luck dealing with this place, water/sewer/trash is like 45 bucks a month.

I plan to rent there this July. Which unit are you in? I was wondering if they will give me your unit. Was your utilities ( water, sewer and trash) expensive?

you have no idea how i agree with you i cant wait for my lease to end!! i hate this place it is dirty,small and unpleasand and the staff are horrible!!!
