This place used to be nice a while back. For the past few years, the only thing that matters to the owner is getting money. The site is poor and run down. The grass is dead everywhere. There are trees dropping things on cars in the parkings lots, and here is a list of more....

- The owner is about to turn over management to a mexican guy who can barely speak english.
- The owner has hired this mexican guy, and given him an apartment rent free, to be a maintence person, although he has no license, and doesnt know what hes doing.
- The rent is $800, and the deposit is $800. It was made that way because so many people cut out early and dont pay their rent after they realize what a -------- this place is.
- The laundry room is tiny, and unsecured (never locked) People who wander off the street tend to use the 3 washers and 3 dryers whenever they want.
-There are always squatters in the vacant apartments. breaking in and taking tenancy illegally.
-There are drug dealers constantly moving drug activity out in the open of the parking lot.
-There are noisy inconsiderate tenants in the parking lot yelling at eachother constantly.
-The police have to be called out for some reason or another approx. 3 times weekly.
-There are car theives that are allowed to live here, because they pay rent.
-Past felons that have threatened to kill other tenants are still living here, although they are constantly late on the rent. The owner considers it too much of a hassle to get rid of them, and as long as hes getting money eventually he doesnt care.
-There are stray, disease ridden cats everywhere throughout the apartments. Some missing eyes, some with chronic sneezing and wheezing problems.
-There is toxic mold growing out of the cielings and walls, not to mention inside the attic area.
-The carpets are the original carpeting and look like flat garage carpet. Disgusting and miscolored.
-Some cielings within the apartments are stained with yellow gunk.
-The structure of the outside walls, and back patio enclosure are mildewing and deteriorating.
-There are tenants that have been caught breaking into, and out of apartments.
-The guy thats about to become the manager, hangs out with the crackheads and drug dealers, and gangbangers, and is now going to have access to all apartments. (dont feel safe)
-There are cars constantly getting things stolen out of them.
-Cars broken into and stolen that are later recovered tore up in the del paso area.
-Police helicopters fly overhead almost daily, and throughout the night, and sometimes theyre looking for one of the tenants here.
- The appliances are so old and out of date that theyre falling apart.
-The linoleum in the kitchen is peeling and coming apart.
-The screens on the windows are all ruined because of the stray cats.
-The electrical wiring is so old that a slight overload will make it blow up. Several fires have been started due to this, as well as electrical shortages.
-If you have a parking space, and your car isnt in it, the crackheads consider it theirs.
-The drug dealers here have visitors constantly that park anywhere they want, including in the middle of the driveway.
-The pool area is old and out of date.
-The garbage areas are constantly being filled by non-disposable items.
-There are cars parked in various spaces, and then just left there, even after the tenant moves out.
-and there is so much more, you really have no idea.

DONT RENT AT LAS FLORES APARTMENTS - near the intersection of Madison and Garfield. You will never feel safe, the mold will make you sick, and your possessions will be in the hands of a crack dealing foreigner manager. And an owner who doesnt care what goes on, as long as hes renting a few apartments.

All above statements were written by a known drug dealer that was evicted from Las Flores Apartments. The statements are totally untrue and misleading.
