Las Flores was once I'm sure a very cute little complex. It is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and during the day is overall very nice and peaceful. However, at night it is not the safest place. A lot of shady characters come and go from different units often loitering in the parking lot. The thumping bass from car stereos is a nightly occurance. I watched many nice, older tenants move out and in their place came more and more complete and total low-lifes. Cannot recommend!!
