I agree with the last review about poor ventilation. Hope you don't find any mold in your apartment but I can assue you you will and then be blamed for every inch of it. Is it really normal for your husband's dress shoes to mold, find a moldy wooden spoon in the kitchen draw and have mold growing on your chairs, bookcases and dog dish' The current management is unhelpful and not concerned with providing a quality living situation. They offer a 30 day guarentee, get out while you still can!

On the plus side, it's not too noisy and the location is excellent. 10 mins from La jolla shores, close to UCSD. Just don't bring anything of value when you move in, it while get moldy! I can't wait until my lease is up!
