This is the worse place I have ever dealt with in Sacramento. Multiple crimes and poor housing. Even the employees rotate on a month to month basis. Since no one knows the rules they make them up as they go along. I am scared to go home and I pay almost the same as a house payment. No gates or parking. The lay out of the apartment is so bad that my bedroom is bigger than my living room. No hot water and bugs are creeping up from the people downstairs. All together repulsive.
