I had to fight to get my deposit back. They tried to charge me for a bent closet door that was like that when I moved in. They also tried to charge me for a broken window that some kids broke while playing catch outside my apartment. I could never get anything fixed in my apartment. Lots of pest problems (mice, ants, flies, etc). They would fix the wrong problems sometimes. They changed my locks based on a work order for a different apartment and I couldn?t get in one night. There were kids coming to my door asking to buy weed. There was harassment from neighboring guys. There was a rape in the parking lot during the time I was there. My car got broken into once while I was there. They never cleaned up the place and there were nails all over the back driveways...I got 2 stuck in my tires. They would raise the rent almost $100 at a time (?because they could?--as they told me). They advertised that they had too pools but out of the 3 years I was there the 2nd pool was only open for part of one summer. Even the front pool would be closed at random times for maintenance in the middle of the summer.
