The exterior looks pretty good but it's in a horrible neighborhood. You just don't realize it until you move in. On the flipside, at least the management was notifying residents of the crime. I would get notes on my door notifying me of burglaries, car thefts, rapes, you name it. Though, I was fortunate to never have any incident. If you don't like kids, don't move here. There's tons of them and during the summer time I went nuts listening to them yell "marco! Polo!" at the pool all day long. Laundry facilities were getting vandalized constantly. I'd call this place an undercover ghetto. As a student, I used to study late and come home close to midnight only to find that someone else was parked in my spot almost every night. I talked to management and they wouldn't do anything about it. They said if I towed them, *I* would have to pay for it! When I moved out, I left the place immaculate. I scrubbed every nook and cranny of that place and they still charged me a "cleaning fee".
