Yo!

What happen to the quietness and protection(security)

I have been a resident here for nearly two years, now. Things have gotten worst to say the least.

I have neighbors who are constantly playing loud music and having traffic all times of nite.

Must be dealing drugs. I am a working citizen and I have to be up every morning at 4:30am.

Why can't we have a little peace around here. They say this is a drug-free zone, but where is the real security.

They once had security, who did nothing but mingle with some of the hoodlums posted outside the gate.

We need real security and a very promising livable complex. Too much distractions. I wish that I can move out, but I can't afford the rent elsewhere.

They are remodeling, but what good does it do, when they are going to accept anyone in here including those gang bangers and dope dealers from the bay area and the Del Paso Hghts area.

I am sick of living in the ghetto. Parking is horrible, here. The staff is cool, but they really need to work on keeping the riff-raffs out and making sure the gates are operable so that we can get in and out.

I feel personally that we shouldn't have to pay for the gym room. It should already be in with the rent, plus since we aren't homeowners, why make us pay for the water/sewage bill.

They are holding each tenant accountable, which is not fair. On the 4th of July there was a big spat between neighbors and the cops were called out. People were arrested, but the other neighbors got off scot-free.

How come this folks aren't being evicted' I often ask myself these questions. It's a ghetto apartment complex with hard-working law abiding citizens trying to do the right thing.

This suppose to be a safe environment. I think rent is overly too much for the quality of the complex.

Pretty soon no one will be able to afford this place. We will all be out on the streets.

It's to my understanding that the new owners are from the bay area. Oh boy!
