The WORST

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
My experience at Laurel Oaks has be HORRIBLE. We've had our car broken into THREE TIMES, we have ants and the complex gave us bait (the ants feed on the bait and MULTIPLY), our air filter looks like it has NEVER been changed. It's supposed to be a refurbished apartment with new appliances. NOT TRUE. We want to break the lease just to get out.
