Want your security deposit back' Then don't stay here. From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 6/16/2002 Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002   I just moved out (thank god). I paid a $750 security deposit, which they kept all of and charged me more on top of that. I expected this because this apartment complex is a real piece of crap. I showed the manager pictures of my move out that I took, proving there was no damage. She then went crazy yelling and screaming. It reminded me of a Jerry Springer episode. So, if you want ants, apartments that catch on fire(June 02), bad floorplans, gated access where the gate never shuts, upstairs apartments that leaks into yours and it takes maintence a week to fix, managers with attitude, noise, and crime, then this is the place for you. If not then I was suggest another in the area.
