I have lived at Smoketree for almost a year and I love it here. The grounds are beautiful and my apartment is great. I did have one small maintenance issue when I first moved in, but the maintenance people came and fixed it immediately. Since then, no problems.
When I first moved in, there seemed to be some turnover in the office; however, since then, the same people have been there. They are loaded with personality and extremely helpful. I can't image any of them acting in an unprofessional manner -- makes me suspicious of someone who says their experience was "Jerry Spinger" like. Hmmmm!
My experience at Smoketree has been great! I'd really recommend this place to anyone who wants a bargain.

Obviously written by the management or their staff. Most of the people I've seen around this complex do not have such good vocabularies (see first two responses).
