I have lived at this complex for 2 1/2 yrs. I have never had a problem with neighbors, or maintenance fixing things when needeed. I moved out 3/11/06 to live in an apt that has wash & dryer. Anyway, I should of been receiving my deposit because I cleaned that damn apt from top to bottom, looked better then when I moved out. They had the nerve to send me a notice saying I owe them about $176. They were charging me for the cleaing ( what the hell)they said we charge everybody when they move out for cleaning, even if you cleaned it out (sounds a little fishy). I also spoke to them about my water, sewage bill. They charged me the wrong amounts, I moved on the 11th, they claim I didn't move till the 14, yet when i asked them about the paper I signed she say's I dont have your file in front of me, and we didn't get your keys to the 14,but yet I actually gave them to the girl on the sam day I moved out. I will be taking them to small claims court and they can kiss my ass
