I can't understand why if you live in an "old" apartment, why they would even worry about how clean it is.. They're upgrading every single apartment after you move. Tearing out this and that.. I've seen with my own two eyes.. Slave over cleaning your stove and they rip it right out! If you clean your carpets on your own and give them the receipt they shouldn't charge you. That's the first thing they go for. I'd say for anybody moving in.. video tape your walk through with the management and video your walk out! That way they can't say $@#$@#!! Oh and the activity center that they advertise in the "for rent" magazine!.. It hasn't been open for over a year. False advertisement! There's a pile of who knows what in there, but nothing for the kids as it was intended to. The security guards don't do diddly squat but sit in their cars. I wonder where they were Sunday (3/19/06) when all the gang activity was going on. They are so lazy they haven't even changed the voice mail for the new managers.. You get the voice mail of people that's been gone for at least 6 months. And they're up for sale.. but they won't tell you that! I'm waiting for my lease to end in July and I'm gone!! Too much!!

Amen to that!!! ALso the funny things is when I call and they put me on hold I hear a recording that says all they offes like high speed internet ha ha yeah right hardwood floors UUmm yeah right it's FREAKIN PLASTIC poeple don't they know the different and they say new kenmoore appliances ok yeah that parts right but there NOT new our fridge was all jacked up and everytime we open it everything falls off the side racks oh and the stove 3 out of four ranges work and the red indicator that lets you know if your stove is on or off stays on all day even if it's off GHETTO!!I HATE THIS ---- HOLE!!!!! DO NO rent here dont let the nice looking office fool you cause thats the only nice thing around this place....CANT WAIT TO GET THE HELLLLLLL OUT HERE!!!
