This appears an okay deal. When we first saw the model, it was nice and clean and seemed new; well, as they say if something is too good to be true. . . .
We lived there for seven months, there are huge cockroaches, apparently centipedes, some insects I have no idea what they actually are. We ended up living bellow what seemed like a family of twenty. The walls and window frames leak, letting in strange little gnat like bugs. While the counter tops appear to be new they are not exactly "bolted" to the cabinets they are on.
There is never any parking if you have a second car or invite some one over. There are screaming matches in the parking lot. Oh and no one seemed to have any respect for other people, as far as noise levels, garbage, etc. Nothing in the "remodeled" apartments is sealed, the cabinets to the floors, the bathtubs to the floors, the mirrored bathroom cabinet to the wall and so on. These apartments are livable (because we did for 7 months), but not a deal.

On a side note I've never spoken to the same person twice in the office. What happens to these people'
