This is the absolute worse in far as customer service and places to live. I recently moved here from southern california and had a hell of a time just figuring out if i was going to have a place to live, i had expressed mailed my deposit, they caouldn't find it for about 3 days afet someone signed for it. The apartment i moved into is crappy, there's cracks all up and down the walls in the living, dining and second bedroom. But what was i gonna do, not except it until it was fixed, where was i gonna go' So i moved in and hated the first 2 months of it, cause the people upstairs where constantly fighting, having partys and security would go there but not shut anything down until you go amd complain about it 3 or 4 times. There's always little kids playing outside my bedroom window yelling at the top of their lungs, i know there kids but do you really need to sit there yelling' The swimming pool behind the office is the best.... oh wait if it isn't crowded with a bunch of ghetto ass kids that don't know how to behave in public or keep their voice down to have a normal conversation. My daughter was so afraid of going to the pool cause of all the low class, bad mannered kids that where there. Oh yeah and there's like 20 rules that you have to obide by, all the people living there in there 20's that pay rent get the short end of the stick, mean while there's punk ass kids climbing the fence to get in and there not getting kicked out, what's up with that' Anyway i'm just rambling now, this place is just the worst, office personnal sucks, management and everyone in the office has there heads up there asses. As you can tell i'm not the only one who has these complaints, save yourself the headaches, and stress and go somewhere else!

Totally agree !!! I live here currently and also have cracks all up and down the walls in the living, dining and second bedroom. People upstairs make a lot of noise. The swimming pool behind the office looks real nice, however almost every time I try and use the Hot Tub it is usually broken. Granted they have another small pool and Hot Tub, but it has never worked. Gym equipment is normally broke, and everytime Rent is paid they refuse to give a reciept. When I moved in the refrigerator all of the sudden broke. Your not allowed to use the gate on your patio, they have nailed it shut. Speaking of Patio, the concrete is all cracked, and the Patio fence is rotting and will probably fall down. Management is also some of the most useless people I have ever known. The person who help me when I was trying to get a place here, 1st showed me the model and told me which apartment I was getting, only to change the apartment because they still had tenents in it. Basically they office personnel do not know what they are doing. Very unknowledgable staff, However they are very friendly. The gate access does not work, if you have no gate card, then your screwed until some else comes along and lets you in. Maintenance is at best fair - as long as you dont expect them to actually show up to fix anything. So consider very careful if you want to live here........................
