I'm a resident for 5 years now. I've seen so many changes in Management. I'm always happy with Ana,Karina,Rebecca,Joaquin and the rest of the staff of Laurel Oaks. My experience with them is unbelievable. They have the best customer service and they know most of their residents on first name basis. Recently when I was paying my rent for July 2007, I found out that the Manager-Ana, left the company. I was sad because I know she cares about this property and she made a lot of difference in this community. Hopefully, the new Manager is like our little Ana, very compassionate and always their for us to listen to our issues.
