hmm where should i begin......my old friend use to live at the apartment facing the entrance and the management would have him (help-snitch) so whenever he needed some help with anything the mangament would help. it was a u scratch my back i'll scratch yours relationship........im glad the apartment is now laurel oaks the male black assistant mangaer is very helpful and truly "do what he can" for any tenant. I never lived actually at the apartment complex but wanted to comment on the part of be careful!!!!!!!to all who who work with the management of the old smoketree apts....on my credit report 3 years later a bill was put on my credit as if I had lived their all along' i went to get help recently and no record is found '''''''yet what now i HAVE TO JUMP through hoops to get this off my credit report.....I dont know how my name was given/taken''''' is it really that easy for management to search on the internet or trash for residents and their guests info'''''''renter beware.......as for the person who wrote the other comment about all good in the neighborhood.......come on maybe in 2002-2004 it was bad.....are you saying things are all good now''''''well then why did a police officer come by asking 2 see the camera tapes today 10/09/07...while the management will call me back on fixing their mistake in the first place''''''''so RENTER BEWARE!!!

THE POLICE WERE LOOKING FOR A GUY THAT TRIED TO SNATCH SOME GIRL.. I KNOW BECAUSE THEY THOUGHT IT WAS MY UPSTAIRS NEIGHBOR AND ASKED ME DID I KNOW HIM. THEY HAD ABOUT 5 COP CARS AND THE CSI VAN GOING THROUGH THE APT. I HAVE LIVED HERE SINCE 2004 AND EVEN THOUGH THEY HAVE CHANGED MANAGEMENT 5 TIMES SINCE I'VE BEEN HERE THEY'RE AVERAGE MANAGERS.
