Dont expect a quality apartment complex

I have lived at this complex for a while. To date the issue's I have seen is as follows: If you are worried about security, your completely safe cause sacramento PD is there most of the time. Usually busting down doors and hauling the criminals away, but at least you have constant police activity. The gates are usually broke and remain open so all the bums can get to the dumpsters and have a warm place to sleep. Nieghbors are very nice also, they are usually outside spinning thier tires on the pavement to ensure everyone has adequate entertainment. On site security makes sure that the laundry rooms are locked after 10 pm, and usually drive around every so often, if they aren't busy tring to hook it up with the female residents. When you need things fixed all you have to do is contact the management and they will make sure maintenance gets you taken care of, ususally before you move out, but the jury is still out that, I'll let you know when I move out.
The complex is very deceiving when it comes to looks, it appears really clean and nice, but the residents are mostly lower class welfare cases, with a few residents that actually are middle class hard workers. I can say that my car hasn't been broke into here, yet, but I don't have a really nice car anyways. All in all, you can live here, but dont expect customer service or a high quality atmosphere. Just think of all the entertainment that surrounds you, spinning tires on the pavement, music playing loud out of the car as the owners hang out in the street drinking, individuals jumping over the fence when the gates actully work and meeting new and exciting people in the dumpster when you take out the trash. If this not enough to make you want to live here, then consider the shootings just outside the gate. Enjoy!
