The only reason I moved into this complex was because I moved from Texas. Other apartment complexes required me to have two pay stubs from a local business in order to rent. So I didn't know the area when I moved in here. This is a low income neighborhood. Visually it's a nice looking apartment complex until you get into the back side of it. Crime is rampant around here. My friends truck got broken into twice in one month. Mine car have key scratches down both sides. I have people eyeballing me when I walk to get my mail each day. There are also a lot of kids running around so sometimes it can get a little noisy.
