We started living here starting in December 07 our rent has gone up even though the economy is low right now. Also the pool is open only 3 months in a year which sucks cause it is still hot. If you move here make sure you only have one car because you get a car port, but if you have more cars, parking is terrible. I don't even like have parties here for multiple reasons, one I feel bad because finding parking for them is difficult also they made a new rule that you are not allowed to BBQ on your patio or any where else on the premises.
