Bed bugs, cockroachs, cabinets falling apart. Staff is incredibly rude. They never want to answer your questions, hardly ever pick up the phone, and when you do get a hold of anyone they are always rude and condescending. They look down on their own tenants and refuse to be helpful. It takes forever to get maintenance to come fix anything in the apartment and when they do, it breaks within a few months. My car was keyed twice while living there and my neighbor's car got broken into. There have been numerous burglaries in the complex despite security. The gate key is selective about when it wants to work making it hard to get in and out of your own complex timely. Yes the apartments are cheap, but for an extra 100-200 more please choose another complex for your own safety and peace of mind. I am so glad to be out of there.
