The apartment complex is small and quiet. Most people that live here are nice and quiet. The apartment manager lives in the same complex and trys to help solves problems. The maintenance person also lives in the same complex, but has another job during the day, so he will fix broken stuff at night. There is no problems finding parking space. However, the area surrounding the complex is not so great. In the last month, the sheriff's deaprtment has come 4 times, about once a week. The first time was because the cops were chasing a man down the street and he ended up breaking into one of the apartments. The second time was because a man entered the parking lot and stole a women's purse and ran. The third time was because there was a man with a gun walking around the street and the fourth time was because the police served a warrant next door and the person ran across to this complex where they arrested him. You also see the police helicopter about every other day.

I think this is a real great place since the have gotton the gate up and working it has helped alot with person not living coming in
