It's been a while since I lived there, so I'll stick to what probably hasn't changed:

The complex is right off Arden Way and that's probably going to account for some of the criminals crawling around the place.

The layout of the two-bedroom is pretty bad. They put the intake vent for the air conditioner in the living room, which made it more difficult to arrange furniture. The a/c is in the closet of the smaller bedroom, which cuts storage in that room in half. The bath across the hall from it is minuscule. On the other hand, the master bath has a ton of wasted space.

This complex is fairly well soundproofed, but I did have some neighbors who were always fighting and we always could hear them fighting (but not what they were saying). 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C

Acually the place has changed very much so. They do not allow any noise on the property and the New managers do walk the grounds and keep in close contact with all the tenants. They get on things and get them done real quick. The Rent isn't raised that much and when you compare to others having the washer/dryer inside saves money. I found that they have gated the place and the current manager keep the gounds real clean and safe and hardly any problems seen nor heard. You will hear some noise but,, hay you live in an apartment.. If u want complete no problems living anywhere good luck on finding that. I am telling you the place is real nice to live, the space was not thought out to well, I agree but you know what other place smaller SQ Ft and more money, no washer and dryer in your unit.
