We leased a condo in fairfield for 2 years. In that 2 years we had to have someone come out every other month to fix the AC/Heater because they would only rig it to work rather than actually fix it. It took 2 weeks to come fix a leaky dishwasher. They never fixed the water softener. Then at move out they gave us this long list of things wrong with the place (much of which is normal wear and tear )and prices to for them to correct it which are highly inflated. that they want to deduct from our deposit.
