we rented a beautiful house with a pool, we kept the property very clean, both the gardeners and pool guy said we went above and beyond on keeping the yard and pool area nice. when we moved in ,we paid 6 months rent in advance and gave two months rent deposit. some how along the way...le fever used 1425.00 of our "security deposit" and never told us!! they also lost a 900.00 cashiers check!!! when we were at the office signing a bunch of papers one of their prop. managers told me a story about a homeless person who wandered through their office and stole some stuff, but, they insisted that we were responsible for the check that dissappered from their office!!we lived in the house for several years,there for we were not responsible for carpets or paint. however when we got our deposit back it was 180.00 let me remind you...we paid a $2850.00 deposit... when we inquired about this amount the response was...oh we spent part of the deposit some where olong the way...how is that even possible'''''

anyway..i would never recomend renting from them..
