1. Phone line was not working from mid-december 2002 to mid-january 2003--roughly for a month and a half. We were not compensated AT ALL--not for the phone bill, nor were we given a cell phone to use as we were told. Management was useless, maintenance man never came when we called, and we were not informed why the phones weren't working or when they would be up.
2. Staff is rude and useless: Security guard is very rude, staff in office is incompetent.
3. Ceiling in bathtub caved in and dripped water when the shower above (upstairs) was being used. This was extremely disgusting if I was using the shower at the same time. Maintenance still has not come to fix it; it's been about half a year.
4. Bathroom fans are broken: They are embarrasingly loud and cause the walls to vibrate. This makes it difficult to use the bathroom in the middle of the night.
5. Laundry rooms are ALWAYS dirty: Floors are always wet and covered with dirt and garbage.
6. Apartments are old, dirty and dark. Not worth the price.
7. DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!
