THERE SEEMS TO BE AN EFFORT TO MAKE THIS A LIVABLE COMPLEX. ONE OF THE PREVIOUS POSTERS REFERRED TO THE AREA AS A "GHETTO" WELL, THE CONDO'S NEXT DOOR ARE SELLING FOR 400K & THERE ARE 12 HOUSES BEING BUILT ACCROSS THE STREET IN THE HALF MILLION RANGE. IF YOU CALL THIS GHETTO, THEN I DONT KNOW WHAT TO SAY. GETTING BACK TO THE COMPLEX. LOOKS LIKE PLENTY OF STAFF HERE. THE APTS ARE SMALL BUT CLEAN. CENTRAL HEAT & AIR, DISHWASHER & GARBAGE DISPOSAL. THERE IS SECURITY PATROL AT NIGHT (I HAVE ACTUALLY SEEN THEM)LOTS OF TREES, 2 POOLS & A QUIET COLLEGE CROWD. CLEAN LAUNDRY ROOMS, MAINTENANCE CREW, LANDSCAPERS, ETC...CLOSE TO LOEMANS PLAZA, WITH A SMALL MINI - MART NEXT DOOR
