Ys, the apartments are a bit dated, but they're clean and the grounds are well kept. The office staff is helpful, nice, and maintance always comes out when you have a problem. They even come over and check things like leaks if your neighbor is having problems. The staff is very commited to excellence and they know most of the tenants by name. Also, it's a quiet complex with good security gaurds. They'll come like an hour early if you call with a problem. Also, the facilities are well kept up and are clean.
