Recently, Lincoln place has started a parking by "permit" plan. Tenants are assigned a parking space. But get this, if you have a visitor after 8:00PM they have to have a guest permit. Only 10 guest permits are issued daily, on a first come first serve basis. Basically, you need to go to the office & get a permit to have a guest. It's like asking for permission to have company. In other words, if I have a friend stop by at 8:30PM & I dont have a guest pass, there car will be towed. It's so stupid! Most complexes have a guest parking area. I would save yourself the headace & look elsewhere...
