A god awful place. As the others have been saying, the parking situation is terrible. Let me list my problems with this hell hole.
1. If you have more than one car, then you're screwed unless you want to pay more to get a parking spot.
2. If you have at least one friend, then you're screwed, because they can't stay past 8:00 PM unless you ask the office for permission, just like when you were a child. And there's no other parking near this place since it's on Fulton Avenue.
3. If you enjoy a nice, comfortable apartment, then you're screwed, because the place is run down and filled with the most trashy people you've ever seen.
4. If you hate it when your vehicle gets broken into, then you're screwed, because LOTS of cars get broken into here. Hope you don't love the stuff you own.
5. If you're the kind of person who is rational and can talk to the management about the problems you've encountered, then you're screwed, because they hate talking to you unless you have a rent check in your hand.
6. This place is so bad, I'm buying a house, not because I want a house, but because this was THE WORST LIVING SITUATION I'VE EVER BEEN IN, and I've had my share of apartment shuffling.
7. Plain and simple, DO NOT MOVE HERE, DESPITE WHAT OTHERS SAY. STAY AWAY, SAVE YOURSELF, THIS IS YOUR LAST CHANCE, HEED MY WARNINGS, AND SPEND A LITTLE MORE AND GET AN APARTMENT THAT YOU ACTUALLY FEEL COMFORATBLE/SAFE IN.

How convenient is it that after my bad review, all of a sudden four great reviews popped up and are the dates are posted closely with each other. Me thinks the management and their lackeys need some good publicity. Good try Lincoln Place, that doesn’t change the fact how horrible your facilities are. By the way, if you’ve been living there for three years, what the ---- are you doing looking at the reviews? Hahaha, caught you chump!
