The office staff is very helpful. I've had a few problems (not many) over the year and half I've been here and they've always been able to help.
Maintenance staff knows what they are doing and can fix problems promptly.
Had a problem with the plumbing (a root from a tree had broken through the pipe) and they had it fixed within 3 days. This may seem like a long amount of time, but it involved breaking the concrete in the bathroom and digging up the pipe, then resetting everything and pouring the bathroom floor.
I was impressed. When they were through they cleaned the carpets and compensated me for the time I was removed from the apt.
The laundry rooms are cleaner than many in other complexes, as are the grounds. They have a grounds keeper out almost every week it seems.
