THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE MY GIRLFRIEND AND I HAVE EVER HAD LIVING AT AN APARTMENT. WE HAD A SERIOUS ISSUE (WATER DAMAGE ON OUR CEILING CAUSED BY WORKERS DISCONNECTING OUR A.C. W/O TELLING US) WHICH CAUSED A LEAK AND A HOLE IN OUR CEILING. THEY DO NOT HAVE A 24 HOUR MAINTENANCE, AND DID NOT RESPOND TO OUR COMPLAINTS FOR OVER 72 HOURS UNTIL WATER ACTUALLY STARTED COMING INTO OUT LIVING ROOM AND MOLD BEGAN TO FORM. AFTER THE CEILING WAS REPAIRED (WHICH TOOK TWO WEEKS TO FINISH), WE WERE TOLD THAT WE WOULD BE COMPENSATED FOR OUR TROUBLES. WELL WE ARE MOVING OUT IN ABOUT A WEEK, WE'VE CONTINUED TO REQUEST OUR COMPENSATION, BUT HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY, AND PROBABLY WON'T. THE STAFF IS INCOMPETENT, AND WILL NOT RETURN CALLS, SO IF YOU DO MOVE HERE MAKE SURE YOU LOG EVERYTHING AND ONLY DEAL WITH THEM IN PERSON. BUT I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO LOOK ELSEWHERE, AND AT ALL COSTS AVOID THIS COMPLEX.

I agree! I had the same problem, my ceiling began to leak, and when I called to report it, it took them a month to come out and the maintence guy had given me a bucket to put under my ceiling. My entertainment center got wet and moldy, and when they finally did come to plaster the ceiling, they didn't fix the problem, just plastered it up. So the rain came down again and leaked icky plaster all over the floor. I only had one month left on the lease and they wouldn't let me out of it. They are jerks and don't fix their problems. And my boyfriend's car was toed too, but it was kinda his fault because they did warn us about their stupid sticker policy. Don't LIVE HERE!!
