WORST APARTMENTS EVER!

1 word...COCKROACHES! Property Managers are lazy, unprofessional, sloppy, careless, dumb a@# ladies! Cars get broken into all the time here! Yeah rent-a-cop that sleeps. Very noisy complex, alot of Sac State students that party all hours of the night. They'll screw you on your deposit, knew 3 people who have moved out cause they were unpleased w/ the BUG problem,etc and they screwed every single one of them out of there deposit and tacked on money. This place is a joke. Trust me DO NOT be fooled like I was, mostly dirt bags live there, just look at the prop managers, it'll explain it all! Good LUCK...FYI there are nice apartments right down the way!
