Was told to wipe down walls in bathroom, disgusting black mold forms. In the 1st month, $1,000 engine part was stolen off my truck. Before I moved in, the apartment was rented, so mgmt showed me a similar apartment. When I did the walk-in inspection, the carpet had so many black stains it looked like someone had worked on an engine in the living room. When I complained before I moved in, they said they would have it cleaned (really it needed replaced), 2 days later all stained returned. Spent over $100 in carpet rugs to cover the embarrassment of the stains. Reported bad drains in bathroom sink, told to take out stop (basically deal with it). I work 12 hour shifts with 1 hour commute so my off time is in the evening. New policy, no guest parking after 10pm, so I cannot have any visitors ever. When talking to mgmt (Keri specifically) was yelled at. This is worse than any dorm life I have ever encountered. The mgmt (aside from Pam) cares little to none about anything. Bottom line, just don't rent there...there are so many other places that will treat you with respect
