This place tries to treat you like a child. They restrict your parking for guests past 10 pm. Yes, there were some issues with finding a parking spot but it doesn't make it easier when they totally restrict you. They won't even give you a visitor pass in case someone wants to come over. What if your friends decide to come for a visit on a Friday night and want some drinks--too bad because you can't park there over night without getting your car towed. Paying that much for rent and you can't have your friends come over for a drink. We paid our rent late with the fees and they cashed the money order--but what do we have on our door when we come back late Sunday night from a trip--a huge taped notice from the process server stating we were being sued. They didn't even apologize. They stated oh, we forgot to tell the lawyer that you had paid rent. This place is fake, the people who manage it are fake, and the inside of the apartment is fake.

If you paid rent on time, then you would not have had that issue
