I lived here for a year and had the most horrible experience! My car was towed two times for parking in my own assigned space! Each time it cost $300! I told the manager I was upset about it, and she said, "at least you didn't have to pay $400."

They advertise that they have a gym, but it is actually just one peice of equipment in a small room.

Prior to moving in I was promised a microwave and new countertops for the kitchen. Despite my continued asking, (and being told it would be provided the following day or week), it took 2 months to get a microwave! The new counters never did come.

When I did the final walk through for my move out, the staff person stated that the carpet and fridge needed to be cleaned only. (I had cleaned the place myself except for the fridge). I then get a bill saying they are not only taking all of my deposit, but they are charging me hundreds of dollars as well!

This is the worst place I've lived. Take my advice and find a different apartment!

I would like to hear what you were billed for. I don't want to get any suprises when I move out. This sounds like it's illegal. I have never heard of getting a bill after you move out. Someone needs to contact an attorney about this.
